Bill and Julia Harkola have assembled a team of talented and skilled construction professionals to help you design and build your new home or remodel project. We are passionate about building and devoted to an interactive design and construction process.
We each have more than twenty years of experience. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Wood Products Engineering, a contractor’s license, and has extensive trade skills. Julia is a registered civil engineer and earned MS and PhD degrees from the Construction
Management program in Stanford University’s Civil Engineering Department.

Our experience and training in commercial construction allows us to use professional tools for controlling and predicting the project schedule and budget. We can help you to manage the design of your project, as well as to select the fixtures and finishes that best suit your taste, budget, and lifestyle. Our in-house team provides supervision and carpentry services, and we work with a group of high quality, fairly-priced subcontractors.
We have been building custom homes, remodels, and additions since 2000 and delight in carrying out projects that minimize the owner’s stress while maximizing value and quality.
